Jody Nagel is a composer, music publisher, and professor of music theory & composition at Ball State University, Indiana. His music is published with Jomar Press. He likes theater, opera, ballet and modern dance, classic literature and music, film scores, science fiction books and movies, and also enjoys reading about history, mythology, and recreational mathematics. His favorite poets include Emily Dickinson and Stephen Crane. His favorite TV shows include House, Frasier, Cheers, and StarGate. He is a devoted Star Trek fan, as well. His musical compositions reflect his various interests, and is increasingly of a neo-romantic style. He considers himself to be a humanistically minded person with liberal political and economic values. He recently discovered the dance work of Adriana and became an instant fan. He looks forward to her upcoming movie. If someday she would like to choreograph and dance to an originally composed piece of music written just for her, she is invited to request such a project. Be well, Adriana.
